Regional  Franchise Director

Position Summary:

Becoming an International Franchise Partner of Phénicia Conseil in UAE is a unique investment opportunity for Executives who want to start their own business in the recruitment and HR consulting sector.

As Regional Director, you are the ambassador of our Group’s professional values and the preferred HR partner of your clients, to whom you provide effective support in the research and recruitment of talents in line with their needs at the international and local level.

Depending on your seniority, you will study the job description, define the most suitable sourcing strategy with Phénicia conseil’s back office, and manage the entire recruitment process: selection, interviews, skills assessment, presentation of candidates in order to always accomplish your mission.

You will use your professional network to develop your business effectively on an international and local level.

You operate in total autonomy with the operational support of our firm to carry out your missions.

We guarantee very attractive revenues for your successful franchise.

The Successful Applicant

You are an “entrepreneur at heart” with a strong commercial sensibility oriented towards human relations, your professional career has allowed you to develop good skills in customer relations. You have a good command of English , ( French and Arabic  as a plus) with an ability to work in international and multicultural networks relations. A large part of the role is searching and meeting with potential new clients, identifying leads and proactively generating business opportunities. You must demonstrate that you can do this! Our culture is to be very collaborative, and every single member of the team contributes to the search process , but

you must be accountable in generating profits for your part!

You will be/have

• Industry expertise, any type of , welcome
• Excellent customer relationship skills with a large previous network in one of more specific business sector
• Good knowledge of the UAE recruiting market, regulations, and his potential
• A real Hunter Business Developer generating leads and contributing to prospect meetings
• At least 15 years’ experience in executive, as Team Leader or Direction roles
• Self starter, business acumen and ambition to succeed
• Enthusiasm and ability to work in a boutique, grown up environment.
• Interest in or experience of the investment management industry
• English professional, daily working level, French and Arabic are a plus!
