Phénicia Conseil for a Subsidiary of an International Group, managing several projects involving upgrade and renovation of various public sector for different ministries, leading-edge ICT Infrastructure, IT Solutions and Cybersecurity , is looking for a:

Project Manager/PMO

Technology and Environment Protection

Expat or Local, Angola

  Main roles:

• Ensuring schedule control
• Ensuring on-going communication with the various interfaces (management, suppliers, customer, logistics, procurement)
• Budget controlling & monitoring
• Presenting project status
• Issuing meetings summary and action items
• Project control through routines
• Define the master framework, scope of Work & risk program

Mandatory requirements for the job:

+ 10 years experiences in complex projects (IT/Biometric ID, Cybersecurity – must!)

Education : B.A.

Languages : fluent English and Portuguese

• PMI trained/certified
• Ability to build project framework, scope of work,
• form a risk program, build a Gant for the project

• Master in MS-project
• Ability to create project status to management level

• Resources Management skills
