For a leading Automotive division of a very diversified group based in middle east, with more than 5000 employees and an international presence Phénicia Conseil is looking for a:

Multi Brand Franchise Development General Manager (Automotive-After Sales Service) Expat Contractbased in Jeddah (KSA)

He/she will serve as a key member of the Operations team and will report directly to the Head of Business Development

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • This is a start-up position and will suit candidates who have entrepreneurial skills and like the freedom to innovate. The selected candidate will be:
  • Responsible for developing a new franchise model for fast-fit and multi-brand service offering in the identified markets. The group already have approx. 750 company owned fast-fit and multi-brand service outlets and are looking to triple this through a franchise model
  • The process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the brand(s) and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process, financing resolution and market development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build brand awareness in respective territories for the franchise
  • Award 100 + stores in the first year.
  • Initial contact with prospects and follows the process with prospective franchisees thoroughly
  • Be the brand ambassador for all brands represented
  • Provide tools to assist in achieving goals

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrate the highest Ethical and integrity
  • Always professional, polite and friendly, must be able to influence others, identify and overcome objections – team player
  • Excellent verbal, written skills, able to grasp concepts quickly and communicate effectively across team members
  • Must have a positive, can do attitude
  • Well-organized, dependable, self-sufficient, must display discipline and a competitive spirit
  • Must have excellent negotiation skills, proactive problem-solving skills and be solutions oriented
  • Must be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Qualifications: Technical Qualification or Bachelor’s Degree or an MBA
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 or more years of experience in a large automotive franchised environment
  • Proven accomplishment within Franchise Sales
  • Previous working experience in middle east area will be preferable but will not mandatory
  • Fluent in English Arabic Language skills desired, not mandatory,
  • Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary
  • Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand(s) and business
