Phénicia Conseil Group is looking for a Country Manager, Ivory Coast/Senegal

Expat contract, based in one of these countries

Position summary:

A Senior experienced Country Manager to establish and manage a new business in Senegal and Ivory Coast. A proven charismatic Leader: ready to engage, motivate and inspire people around him being the key person to the market’s growth and success!

Responsibilities:

The Country Manager will be responsible for the development of the current and future projects of the Company in Senegal and Ivory Coast in the field of the Medical Industry, Hospitals and Clinics: Medical Devices.

He/She will be in charge of the local and expatriate teams and will manage the projects as a whole on a commercial, logistic and strategic level, P&L analysis, new Business development and Business Plans, reporting regularly to the Head Quarter.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Minimum 7 years of proven management experience in Healthcare industry preferably in multinational Pharma companies

Relevant experience in Senegal or Ivory Coast welcome.
