Construction Supervisor-Angola

For a Group multi-national that is developing large construction projects in Africa related to Housing, Social Equipment’s and Infrastructures and that is developing an Hospital’s Construction Project in Angola

Phénicia Conseil Group is looking for a: Construction Supervisor, Expat-Angola

He/She will work on the field and will report to the Project Manager of the site

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the workers on the site and the subcontractor’s construction activities
• Direct relations with the staff and the company Customer
• Quality control
• Monitoring project schedule
• Inspection and management capability of a multiple simultaneously activities

Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 10 years in concrete and finishing work in residential and commercial construction ; advantage for experience in establishing Medical Centers
• Good experience with concrete and finishing integrated works with M&E systems
• Ability to work independently
• Good human relations with the staff and company customer
• Experience with earthworks & infrastructure
• Service oriented
• Working Experience in Africa
• Portuguese – High level
• English – High Level
• Software Knowledge: Office Application
