Administrative Assistant (m/w)

to fit in the Group’s executive assistants’ team

Dakar-Senegal

The Role:

The position’s purpose is to provide day-to-day support and requires the ability to juggle multiple requests and meet tight deadlines joining an international team of professionals.

The Assistant will be part of a team and responsible for the operation of the management floor, and conference rooms, providing administrative back-office support, diary management, and flight arrangement.

An opportunity to integrate in a multiple and interesting rule with potential for self-development. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with executives is crucial.Connection between internal and external interfaces in the group worldwide.

Requested experience:

  • Minimum + 2 years in a similar role, possibly within multinational groups

Languages:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills both in English and French
  • High proficiency of Microsoft software such as: Outlook, Work, Power Point, Excel
  • Independent, motivated, energetic with a positive approach.
