We are looking for an International polymers trading & distribution an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee import operations, warehousing, inventory, customs clearance, and distribution activities across Côte d’Ivoire and ECOWAS export corridors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound polymer shipments from suppliers to final customer delivery
- Coordinate customs clearance and import documentation at Port of Abidjan
- Supervise warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock control
- Organize local and regional transport across ECOWAS corridors
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers
- Monitor logistics costs, delivery performance, and operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with HSE and customs regulations
Profile:
- 5+ years’ experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain management in West Africa
- Strong knowledge of port operations and customs procedures in Côte d’Ivoire
- Experience with warehousing, transport, and inventory management
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in polymers, chemicals, commodities, or industrial products is a plus
📍 Based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire
🌍 Scope: Côte d’Ivoire + ECOWAS region
✈️ Some regional travel required
