Phénicia, a leading executive search and recruitment firm, is currently recruiting an Administration & Accounting Manager (H/F)
based in Morocco .CDI for one of its international clients.
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Administrative Manager based at the Italian Headquarters, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting and administrative function of the Moroccan subsidiary.
You will serve as the primary liaison between the Casablanca office and the Group Finance team in Italy, ensuring the reliability of financial information, compliance with local regulations, and the timely delivery of management reports supporting executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
-Accounting & Financial Administration:
- Manage the full accounting cycle of the Moroccan entity, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and treasury.
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan accounting regulations (CGNC) as well as Group reporting requirements under IFRS and/or Italian GAAP.
- Supervise monthly and annual closing activities in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Prepare and monitor tax declarations, VAT filings, and all statutory reporting obligations.
- Oversee cash flow management and banking relationships.
–Management Control:
- Participate in the implementation of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management control processes.
- Develop and monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the implementation of internal control procedures and governance standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience gained ideally within one of the Big Four firms: EY, Deloitte, KPMG, or PwC.
Languages:
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
- Fluent French.
- Arabic is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of Moroccan accounting standards (CGNC). Knowledge of IFRS and/or Italian GAAP is considered a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and reporting tools is an asset.
- Solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes.
