Senior Executive Manager

Phénicia Conseil Executive Search for one of his client: a major Energy Player who is producing and selling Fuels, Natural Gas and Low Carbon Electricity with a Global presence in 130 countries Worldwide is looking for a Senior Executive Managers/Directors”with a proven track record of 8/12 YEARS experience in Africa in one of these sectors: Marketing, Project Management, Negotiation/Commercial Sales, Business Development, Finance/P&L.

Job Function :

 She/he will be introduced in challenging “Job project” which includes an initial period of two years in the European Head Quarter( France) to be sent later to one of the many African Branches as a future Managing Director

Candidate Profile :

– Managerial/Executive experience and ability to negotiate with senior people (inter and

external) essential

– Experience as Team Leader/Manager d’équipe

-Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

-Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by clear and effective project plans an executive level reporting that ensure timely action and decision making in time-pressured scenarios.

-Results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines

-Excellent knowledge of French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory!

-Ability to work as a member of a large, multidisciplinary and international team

Client-oriented, ability to listen, problem solving

-Proactive and autonomous

-International and intercultural mentality

– Open to travel in foreign countries

-Experience in Energy sector is welcome but not mandatory.

Education :

Engineering School or University Master’s degree in Economics, Business

Management/Marketing, Business Administration or Comparable studies

Package:
