Sales Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an international polymers trading&distribution company a Sales Manager to lead and grow polymer sales activities across Côte d’Ivoire and selected ECOWAS markets. The role focuses on business development, key account management, pricing, negotiations, and customer support for industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the annual sales strategy
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Manage and expand the existing client portfolio
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure reliable deliveries
• Grow export business within West Africa

Profile Required:

• Strong experience in B2B sales within polymers, plastics, chemicals, or industrial raw materials
• Good knowledge of the West African market environment
• Proven commercial and negotiation skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Willingness to travel across the region (up to 40%)
