As part of our ambitious European expansion strategy, we are now looking to appoint a Country Manager Partner for Germany.

This is not a salaried position. It is a long-term entrepreneurial partnership designed for senior professionals who wish to develop their own Executive Search & Talent Advisory practice while leveraging the reputation, methodologies and support of an established international firm. »

The Opportunity :

 As Country Manager Partner, you will lead the development of Phénicia Conseil’s business across Germany.

Operating as an independent self-employed business partner, you will combine the freedom of entrepreneurship with the strength of an internationally recognised Executive Search & Talent Advisory firm.

Your role will be to:

• Establish and develop Phénicia Conseil’s presence throughout the German market.
• Build long-term relationships with CEOs, Board Members, HR Directors and senior decision-makers.
• Identify and develop Executive Search and Talent Advisory assignments.
• Advise clients on leadership acquisition, executive recruitment and strategic talent challenges.
• Deliver assignments using Phénicia Conseil’s proprietary Executive Search methodology and consulting standards.
• Promote the firm’s distinctive expertise in intercultural leadership and international talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the long-term development of Phénicia Conseil’s international network.

Who We Are Looking For :

You are a respected business professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a successful track record in Executive Search, Talent Advisory, Leadership Consulting, Management Consulting or another high-value professional services environment.

You bring:

• Extensive experience working with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to develop long-term client relationships.
• An established professional network within the German business community.
• Excellent consulting, negotiation and business development skills.
• A genuine interest in international organisations and intercultural leadership.
• An uncompromising commitment to quality, integrity and client service.
• Native or fluent German together with professional proficiency in English. French would be considered an advantage.
