Phénicia Conseil Group, for a Private Multinational, a growing company dedicated to the digital transformation for government, security and enterprise organizations across the world, is looking for a

Technical Program Manager (M/W)

Based in Kinshasa, DRC, local contract

Responsibilities:

• Complete responsibility from early pre-sale activities through project implementation stages to commercial launch and post-production operations & support while responsible for meeting budget, timelines & quality KPIs.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, providing added value to the customer
• Planning out the design for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
• Agile Software development-related project.
• Supervising each stage of the project while ensuring being on schedule adhering to the deadlines and budget.
• Serving as a liaison to interfaces such as product managers and clients to communicate information needed.
• Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentation.
• Set up the project’s tracking methodology such as tracking forums and meetings frequency.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in large implementations/delivery of hardware and software projects, customer-facing/account management roles for government and enterprise customers.
• Understanding Scrum methodology – MUST
• Experience in Agile development processes – comfortable deep dive into development challenges and working with the team to meet the customers’ business goals – development experience is preferred
• Biometric identification system experience as an advantage
• Fintech/payments platform experience as an advantage
• Fluent in English and French- MUST
• Vast experience working with governments as an advantage
• Willing to travel (up to 25%)
