Site Manager-Water Wastewater Treatment Plant

For a Group multi-national that is developing large construction projects in Angola, related to Housing, Social Equipment’s and Infrastructures with a vast overall experience in developing, designing, implementing and managing sustainable, long-term and large-scale turnkey projects in the African continent

Phénicia Conseil Group is looking for a Site Manager -Water Wastewater Treatment Plant 

Position Summary:

• Analysis of project errors and omissions

• Compatibility / study of the projects of the various specialties

• Monitoring of Tests and Technical Verifications necessary to comply with the quality required by the Work Owner

• Monitoring, Control, Inspection and Supervision of the execution of the Work, according to the Specifications, Project and Legislation in force

• Verification of the Conformity of the applied Concrete

• Control of the Work Plan, Human Resources and Equipment

• Control of the contract’s Quality Plan

• Cost control

• PSS Monitoring and Control

• Management and monitoring of subcontracts

• Preparation of reports to monitor the works

• Conducting Periodic Work Meetings

Skills and requirements:

Requested experience:3-5 Years with a mandatory experience in water treatment projects !

• High management capacity, leadership of multidisciplinary and conflict teams

• Strong sense of organization, resistance to stress and ability to manage priorities

• High degree of organization and dynamism

• Good knowledge of administrative routines

• Excellent knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, AutoCad, Ms Project, others).

Education : Diploma and Master related to requested field

Languages : Fluent Portuguese and English ( at least medium knowledge, oral and written)

Willingness to Relocate / Multiple Travel Abroad
