Site Manager – Building Engineer

Phénicia Conseil, on behalf of a French Industrial Group specializing in finishing works for the building industry, which operates internationally within the framework of large real estate projects: luxury hotels, palaces, hospitals, business centers, educational centers, and which leverages its expertise and cutting-edge engineering for complex and demanding projects, is seeking a:

Site Manager – Building Engineer, Architectural Trades
Expats Conditions – Luxury hotel construction site in the Dominican Republic (Miches)

General Mission
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work on the luxury hotel construction site. They will ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets the quality standards, while ensuring compliance with construction regulations and project standards.

Main Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and supervise the progress of the works.
• Coordinate the various architectural trades.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure the work complies with construction standards and regulations.
• Ensure safety on site and compliance with safety protocols.
• Provide regular reports on the progress of the construction site.

Required Skills and Qualities
• Technical: Expertise in architectural trades and construction site management.
• Languages: Spanish and English required; French is optional.
• Managerial: Leadership, rigor, team management, and adaptability.
• Personal: Responsiveness, autonomy, adaptability, and cultural openness.

Education and Experience
• Degree in Building Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural trades.
