Phénicia Conseil, on behalf of a global leader in certification and digital trust education present in over 150 countries, is seeking a:
Sales Representative (French-Speaking) M/F
Prishtina, Kosovo
Role Overview
You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads in French-speaking regions, driving the early stages of the sales pipeline, and supporting client engagement to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Initiate contact via email, phone, and social media to present company’ Skills.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Customer Success or Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights in team meetings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve targets for qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (preferred).
- Fluent in French (written and spoken); English required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
Contract & Benefits
- Initial 3-month remote service contract, followed by relocation to Prishtina with a full-time contract under Kosovo labor law.
