Phénicia Conseil, on behalf of a global leader in certification and digital trust education present in over 150 countries, is seeking a:

Sales Representative (French-Speaking) M/F

Prishtina, Kosovo

Role Overview

You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads in French-speaking regions, driving the early stages of the sales pipeline, and supporting client engagement to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Initiate contact via email, phone, and social media to present company’ Skills.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with Customer Success or Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights in team meetings.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Achieve targets for qualified leads and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience (preferred).
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken); English required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

Contract & Benefits

  • Initial 3-month remote service contract, followed by relocation to Prishtina with a full-time contract under Kosovo labor law.
