Sales manager Eastern Africa.

located in Addis-Ababa, Ethiopia, local contract

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and business development for Eastern Africa market
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities. Pipeline follow-up
  • Lead workshop and presentation to the client’s premises
  • Lead proposal submission, contract negotiation and closing
  • Monitor the good execution of the contract
  • Cross-functional management. Interaction with presales, legal, finance, marketing, and delivery departments
  • Form long term partnerships with strategic clients
  • Manage relationship with agents, local representatives, and channels

Qualifications

  • A must:
    • At least 5 years of experience in B2G sales and business development in Africa
    • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Digital domain.
    • Experience of public tenders
    • Fluent English.
  • An advantage:
    • Experience selling large turnkey contracts
    • Sales experience in the domain of secured ID and IT services
    • Speak French and Portuguese
  • Should be a team player, ambitious, creative, results and success oriented,

Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of management, employees, and customers
