Job DESCRIPTION

Managing the sales activity of this subsidiary in Angola. The position involves analysing the market, look for opportunities, building relationships with few ministries and entities in the country, leading the company’s activity in sales and deliverance of projects in the field of management solutions based on mapping and GIS infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be able to build key client relationships, identify and generate new business opportunities on the ground, negotiate, and close business deals while maintaining knowledge of current market conditions.

 Skills and requirements:

• At least 10 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role at a government level.
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English, MUST!
• Conduct research to identify and generate new business opportunities that will directly lead to new projects and new clients.
• Penetrate the required market to uncover and verify new relevant data.
• Promote the company services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Effectively manage large scale, complex contracts negotiations and close new business deals.
• Work individually but also as a team player.
• Business and customer oriented, with proven presentation skills
• Experience in working in a global company .
• Experience in working at government level, MUST!
• Technological projects sales or management experience
• Background in the technology market
• Understanding in project financing
