HR RECRUITER (M/W)

Expat Role, permanent contract, DUBAI – UAE

Job Role Summary:

The HR Recruiter at a Fintech company is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and goals. The HR Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and the HR team to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, source candidates, and manage the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to identify staffing needs and create job

descriptions.

  1. Source and screen candidates using various recruiting tools, including social media, job

boards, and networking.

  1. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, etc.
  2. Manage the candidate experience, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to develop effective interview techniques and ensure that they are evaluating candidates objectively and fairly.
  4. Collaborate with HR team on onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into

the organization.

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and hiring activities.
  2. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress to hiring managers and HR leadership with best practices in recruitment.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology or financial

services industry with  French and English as a MUST!

  1. Experience with a range of recruitment tools, including social media, job boards, and

networking.

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with

candidates and hiring managers effectively.

  1. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use metrics to drive decisionmaking.
  3. High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  4. Familiarity with recruitment and HR software, such as applicant tracking systems.
  5. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and experience with sourcing

diverse candidates.
