Head of Project Management Office (PMO)

Expat, based in Ivory Coast

 Job Description:

The Head of PMO (Project Management Office) will lead healthcare projects arising in the markets operating today as well as new targeted markets in Africa. The job is planned to include the management of a team, including a Project Manager in order to follow projects from A to Z ,from tendering to commissioning.

Skills and requirements:

• 10 + years in program management, complex projects
• Experience in leading complex projects and defining processes and procedures to deliver on quality and on time large projects
• Experience in working in matrix model with the entire ecosystem required to run such projects (architects, construction, medical, …etc.)
• The candidate should be autonomous and independent to run the PMO domain while consistently synchronized with his management
• Ability to define and implement processes and procedures to build a repeatable model of project management
• Dynamic, Teamwork, Autonomous
• We need someone based in Ivory Coast or exceptionally in France, who is willing to work as an independent and travel something like 3 out of 4 weeks a months
• Multiple Travel Abroad: Local to Ivory Coast and Travels to Angola

Education: BSc/MSc (Bachelor and Master of Science)

Languages: English & French mandatory – Portuguese optional
