Construction Manager

Phénicia conseil is looking for a Construction Manager/supervisor M/W for a multi-national group that is developing large projects related to Housing, Private Clinics Social Equipment’s and Infrastructures and that is developing a large construction project in Ivory Coast                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Position:

He/She will work on the field, reporting to the Project Manager of the sites
Responsibilities:
-Supervision of the workers on the site and the subcontractor’s construction activities
-Direct relations with the staff and the company Customer
-Quality control
-Monitoring project schedule
-Inspection and management capability of a multiple simultaneously activities                                                                                                                                                                                                            Requirements:

-Minimum experience of 10 years in concrete and finishing work in residential and commercial construction; advantage for experience in establishing Medical Centres, Hospitals, Clinics projects
-Good experience with concrete and finishing integrated works with M&E systems
-Ability to work independently
-Good human relations with the staff and company customer
-Experience with earthworks & infrastructure
-Service oriented
-Working Experience in Africa big advantage
-French- professional level
-English conversational , good oral and written Level
-Software Knowledge: Office Application
