Phénicia Conseil for an international Group Leader  in Renewable Energy products and Services including energu¡y Storage Solutions , with a global presence in more than 40 Countries and  Head Quarter in CANADA and USA is looking for the new:

             CEO- President    (renewable energy)

Expats or Locals – Located in:  East Canada/USA/Remote

The President/CEO is the number 1 face of the organization and is responsible for the overall successful operation and fiscal results and integrity through demonstrated  leadership and management guide. He,She will lead and direct the full group , ensuring a positive, team-based, goal-oriented culture.

About the job

For over 20 year our client has made clean energy possible for millions of people around the Globe through his products and solutions. Developing  clean energy and energy efficiency to benefit people, the economy, and our planet and seeks a vision of a 100% clean energy future that is reliable, resilient, and equitable. Reporting to and working closely with the Board of Directors, the President/CEO oversees an annual budget of approximately 1,5 billion US dollars + and leads a team of more than 700 employees including Nine direct reports. The President/CEO works with senior management to set priorities and has the responsibility to lead the Group, creates and implements strategic plans, and identify and execute actions to meet objectives. The President/CEO shall act also as the spokesperson of the group to other clean energy organizations, government entities, clients businesses, and the public.

Skills and Experiences

• Graduated of a School of Banking, Finance with an advance degree and an MBA
• Leadership experience within the clean energy sector and storage energy solutions as a Must
• Passionate and dedicated advocate for clean energy and energy justice

• Deep understanding of the actions that state and local governments, communities, employers, and advocacy organizations can take to overcome barriers to equitable clean energy adoption and investment.
• Effective and proactive communicator, facilitator, problem solver, and decision maker
• Strong motivational and staff leadership abilities with a high level of sensitivity, empathy, and emotional intelligence
• Success and comfort working collaboratively with Boards of Directors, staff, partner organizations and final customers
• At least 10 years of senior management experience; prior successful P&L management and/or President or MD experience required.
• Proven experience, ability, and desire to manage a business with focus on generating strong free cash flow / EBITDA
• Entrepreneurial thinker with an appetite to take on a high level of responsibility commensurate with anticipated rewards
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of a company
• Demonstrated ability to increase profitability through proactive business development efforts
• Excellent professional references and high integrity
• French and English mother tongue level + any other language welcome
