USED CAR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

For a leading Automotive division of a very diversified group based in middle east, with more than 5000 employees and an international presence Phénicia Conseil is looking for a:

USED CAR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – based in Jeddah (KSA).

He/she will serve as a key member of the Operations team and will report directly to General Manager Business Development and Acceleration.

POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSABILITIES:

We are looking for an individual with previous dealership/digital sales management experience with a focus on pre-owned acquisition, reconditioning and used car merchandising and retailing.

You should be an experienced sales entrepreneur who is excited by technology and the evolving digital world and thrives on challenges, Through the creation and evolution of our digital platforms we want to make the car buying process easier for our customers.

·        Experience with manufacturer pre-owned certification programs is preferred.

·        Must have experience with pricing inventory to the retail market.

·        Enthusiastically assist sales people in customer interactions

·        Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience

·        Enthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workday

·        Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing

·        Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

·        Build rapport with customers to establish customer network

·        Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record in digital / online sales
• Good understanding of online advertising within the automotive’s industry
• Experience working independently
• Make the car shopping experience enjoyable and more transparent
• Enable new ways of buying cars, such as buying online and having your car delivered
• Build out platforms to enable us to iterate faster and respond to our consumers quicker
• Automotive dealership management, used Car Digital Platforms experience preferred
• Shown success in auto retail Used Car Sales/dealing Digital Platforms- at least 4 Years Experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment
• Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude
• Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous working experience in middle east area will be preferable
• Fluent in English, Arabic Language skills desired, not mandatory,
• Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand(s) and business
