Phénicia Conseil for an international Group Leader  in Renewable Energy products and Services including energu¡y Storage Solutions , with a global presence in more than 35 Countries and  Head Quarter in North America  is looking for the new:

Position: CEO/President (Renewable Energy)- EMEA ,

Location: Possibility to chose aming UK or Middle East  (Expats or Locals)

Company Overview: Phénicia Conseil is recruiting for an international leader in renewable energy products and services, including energy storage solutions. With a global presence in over 35 countries and headquartered in North America, the company is seeking a dynamic new CEO/President for the EMEA Region

Role Summary: The CEO/President will be the primary representative of the organization, responsible for its overall success, operational integrity, and fiscal results. This role requires demonstrated leadership and management skills to guide and direct the entire group, fostering a positive, team-based, and goal-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the organization, ensuring successful operations and fiscal integrity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
• Oversee an annual budget for that Area of approximately $1.3 billion USD and manage a team of over 900 employees, including nine direct reports.
• Act as the spokesperson for the group to clean energy organizations, government entities, clients, businesses, and the public.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Banking, Finance, and an MBA.
• Extensive leadership international experience in the clean energy sector and energy storage solutions.
• Passionate advocate for clean energy and energy justice.
• Deep understanding of actions required by governments, communities, employers, and advocacy organizations to promote equitable clean energy adoption and investment.
• Effective communicator, facilitator, problem solver, and decision-maker.
• Strong leadership abilities with high sensitivity, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
• Proven success in working collaboratively with Boards of Directors, staff, partner organizations, and customers.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, with prior P&L management and/or President or MD experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on generating strong free cash flow/EBITDA.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of a company and increase profitability through proactive business development.
• Excellent professional references and high integrity.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
