Chief Executive Officer (CEO) m/w

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead our global restaurant brand into its next phase of growth and innovation. Based in Dubai the CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market share.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Financial Management: Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure sustained profitability and financial health.

• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, guiding the expansion of our brand into new regions.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of executives and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Innovation: Drive innovation across all aspects of the business, from menu development to customer service initiatives.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.

• Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the brand’s reputation through effective marketing, public relations, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Strong track record of driving growth and achieving financial targets.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple regions.

• Excellent financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.

• Proficient in market analysis and expansion strategies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
