Phénicia Conseil is looking for a

Sales Manager AFRICA

Local contract, based in one of these countries:

Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Botswana or Madagascar

 Responsibilities

  • Managing sales and B.D. in the above-mentioned African markets
  • Identify and access new sales opportunities
  • Lead generation and new business development track record within the industry
  • Forming long term partnerships with strategic clients
  • Managing and developing relations with agents and local representatives
  • Setting strategic sales plans and support to gain market share
  • Flying and travelling among African countries, highly required

 Qualifications

  • You have a great degree from a great university
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and B.D.
  • You have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, IT, selling a disruptive technology
  • Experience in B2G sales (Must), working with governments and tenders
  • Ambition and drive to succeed, and to work well within a friendly team
  • Fluent English (Must), Portuguese or French is advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of management, employees and customers
