Phénicia conseil is looking for an Managing Director for a leading Automotive division from a diversified group based in Middle East
POSTE:
Responsibilities:
-Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term, assuming full responsibility and is accountable for customer retention, development and the profitability of each department in the multi brand distribution automotive division.
-Develop business plans and strategies.
-Advise/report the board of directors on strategic issues and performance.
-Motivate and provide leadership to managers and senior executives.
-Build long term, trusting relationships with car makers, shareholders, business partners and authorities.
-Further develop and enhance company culture, brand and compliance.
The role is based in Middle East
PROFIL:
-Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or similar with strong proven knowledge of the automotive industry and its global trends.
-+ 15 years of working experience in Automotive Industry with a minimum of 5 years in Top management automotive roles, such as: MD,GM, Marketing, Sales, Retail , Distribution, ideally in Middle East.
-Strong People management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
-Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills: English Must!
-Industry reputation and proven record of dealership management / distribution/Start up implementation and development.
